Orientation: Mikoto-sexual. Which is to say, when he was younger he displayed some interest in women, but the current him doesn't seem to be interested in any women at all; moreover, he's very absorbed in HOMRA and Mikoto in particular, so I'd place him as bisexual—regardless of his sexuality though, he's perfectly fine with either husband or wife.
